Case History:
In October 2006, The John Lewis Partnership launched its third customer facing brand – Greenbee; a direct services company which offers best in class products with the service and quality guarantee consumers expect from the JLP brand. Greenbee offers; financial services & leisure bookings.
Our role was to support the small Greenbee team in all aspects of the pitch and procurement process. Using our knowledge of the agency landscape and proven process management tools, we were able to streamline their search. This allowed the client team to focus on the business imperatives and engagement with the pitching agencies, rather than the process itself.
The Haystack Group attended all meetings in an advisory role and facilitated the decision making meetings at each stage. Finally, we supported the client with the contract and fee negotiation with the successful agency.
