

Fran Cassidy - Media
Fran is a professional marketer specialising in media, most recently as Marketing Director at Carlton Television, helping the company to grow from 14% to 48% of ITV. Fran also ran their Marketing Research and Design Departments launching ground breaking media research projects and relaunching the Group's various brands through their most dynamic periods. She also launched Carlton Active - ITV's first interactive television service and was instrumental in the development and integration of all their new media and merchandising activities.
Fran started her career buying and planning media and then after 2 years at LWT, she ran the marketing of More O'Ferrall Adshel, the UK's largest outdoor advertising company, launching new formats, which changed the planning strategies of the medium to this day. She is a Fellow and Board member of the Marketing Society, and the UK representative of the European Group of Television Advertising Companies. She is a regular conference speaker and member of Media Research Group, Account Planning Group, and Market Research Society.
Mike Dommett - Digital and Direct Marketing
Mike has had an extensive career in integrated marketing. He was Director of DM at Impact FCA and Publicis for 10 years, going on to set up the direct unit at Triangle Communications. Later he became MD at Aspen Agency before joining Uovo, a leading web agency, as a Board Director.
Mike is the Group Sales Consultant for the Haystack web service and a specialist in digital and direct marketing.
Peter Wilton - Advertising, Direct Marketing and Database Marketing
Peter is a business development Consultant specialising in Consumer and Financial Services Marketing. From a banking and lending background he developed his experience within the Credit Card, Warranty Administration and Advertising Agency industries via Consultancy and Interim Management.
Peter has a full understanding of the application of sales promotion, direct and database marketing techniques to business growth and offers broad ranging experience for both business and project development. Peter also provides insight and experience to the development of strategic business initiatives, particularly in the areas of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), product and channel of sale development.

Lisa Peett - Project Manager
Lisa's marketing career began client side, working at IBM and then at Kodak. She then moved across to work as an account handler at IMP (now Arc) for a range of FMCG, Retail and Business to Business clients. Subsequently, Lisa took on a new role within the Group as Director of Corporate Development, managing a number of significant initiatives including process management, training and IT system development.
Lisa brings to Haystack a broad base of experience and since joining has been involved in reviews across a variety of disciplines including: advertising, below-the-line, integrated, data segmentation and retail design.

Melinda Lawler
Melinda Lawler has had an extensive careet as an actress, broadcaster and lecturer. Trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, she worked in repertory theatre before becoming a radio presenter, working for GLR and GCap's 2TENfm and Xfm on both drive and breakfast shows.
She is currently Head of Speech & Drama at the London Academy of Media, Film and TV specializing in vocal performance. She works privately as a voice coach within the corporate sector. Her passions are alternative music and London culture.
